The homemade sweets are almost always better and so we wanted to share that with other gluten free people who don't have the time, skill, or energy to make a little something sweet for themselves or family. It is important to know that our cookies are not certified gluten free but we make sure that they are as gluten free friendly as we can make them. We only use gluten free ingredients, we wipe down the counters (even if they are clean), and we wash all the dishes before we bake. No one should be deprived of delicious pre made food because of a food allergy.

We're Aila and Luca Warnick, sister and brother in San Antonio. we started Young + Free Bakery because wanted to make money ourselves and the lemonade stands were getting kinda boring, but also because we thought it would be an experience we would both enjoy. Getting this business started has been really fun for the both of us and has given us more time together. This has been really fun so far and we can't wait to see you at pickup or delivery.
Thanks for ordering from us — we hope you love the cookies.
Order this week's batchHello I'm Aila, I am the older sister. I desgined the logo and I'm also the one who had the idea to start this business. I had wanted to do start some sort of business for a while before I started this one. I was inspired by best friend who has her own business to make my own. I first thought of selling handmade jewelry but I lost interest in the idea quickly. I was talking with my dad one day and he brought up selling food at the farmers market, that one conversation grew into this business me and my brother have now. I roped Luca into this pretty early on in the making of it and he was happy to join. He has been a great help and an even better partner. I chose to do this because I love baking, it's relaxing and a great escape for me. I'm the baker, and occasional chef, in my family, with Luca being my biggest supporter. So happy I chose to do this.

Hello I'Im Luca the youngest brother I decided to help with this business because I wanted to start making money and learn how to handle a business at a young age. I wanted to help Aila cause I thought it would be nice but overall it has been a great journey. I started doing this a little bit ago and me and Aila have come a long way, we think we make the best cookies. I am really glad I decided to do this and I hope you like our cookies.
